Frequently Asked Questions


Q.    What is your minimum order requirements?
A.    There are NO minimum order requirements, At QCU you can buy just one of something
        or a whole case. Because all sales are final, we have no minimum order or case quantity requirements
        in order to give you, the retailer, the opportunity to see, touch & taste our products,  
       
and therefore feel confident about the product before purchasing in large quantities.  
        This gives you added peace of mind.  If your total order is under $100.00 there will
        be $10.00 Service Charge added to your order. 
       


Q.   What forms of payment do you accept?
A.    Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. 
                                          
                      (Sorry QCU Does not accept  COD's, Pay Pal or Money Orders)   

Q.   How long will it take before my order is shipped?
A.   Most orders are shipped SAME DAY or next day on shipping day Monday-Friday

Q.   How will my order be shipped?
A.   We use standard ground UPS  & Fed Ex (unless expedited shipped is requested by customer)

Q.  How much will shipping cost?
A.  Shipping cost are not determined by QCU, all shipping cost are determined by the carrier.
    
 Both UPS and Fed Ex computers and scales are in our shipping warehouse, this is
      where your order will be carefully packed, weighed and shipped.  Shipping charges are determined by
      weight, size and distance of travel (just like any package you take to a shipper, except we have
      better rates due to our high volume of shipping) 
** Due to increases in shipping cost related to   
      fuel prices there will be a $2.50 fuel surcharge added to each order.


Q.   If I have my own UPS Shipper number, can you use that to send my order?
A.   Certainly!  If you have your own shipper number with UPS, please provide that number
       to us in the message box at the end of your order and request that your order be sent using
       your number.  We will contact UPS for account verification and we will be happy to accommodate.

Q.  How long will it take for my products to arrive?
A.  Shipping time will vary depending  upon distance.  We have provided a link to a
      convenient shipping map  to give you an idea of how long it will take your order to arrive

  ** Remember, if you need your order  3-day express, 2-day express , or
      overnight.  To get express shipping, request either 3 day, 2 day or overnight delivery
      in the MESSAGE BOX provided to you at the end of your order.
      Keep in mind faster delivery times are more costly so try to anticipate your product needs
      and order far enough in advance to avoid this extra cost. 

     
Q.  Will my back order automatically be sent?
A.   If your back order is over $20.00 we will keep the back order and ship the products when
      available.  Back orders under $20.00 are cancelled.  If you still want the products that are noted
      on your invoice as back ordered, contact QCU at 800-729-2205 with your business name,
      the date on the invoice & and the invoice number and we will gladly re-enter the back order for you.
      If your back order is over $20 and held in the system, but you would like to cancel the back order,
      please call Customer Care at:  800-729-2205 and talk to a representative and ask them to cancel the
      back order.  If you do not tell us to cancel the back order, it will be shipped to you when the products
      arrive back in stock.


Q.  Is there free shipping on back orders?
A.  No.  Sorry, back orders are not exempt from shipping charges.

Q.  If my business is local may I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
A.  Yes, we will be happy to have your order ready for you at the door.  We ask that
      you allow us at least 24 hours lead time.
