Please Read  Frequently Asked Questions  
This will usually answer any questions you may have.   
No Minimum Order Requirements! 
***  Orders under $100 have a $10.00 service charge. ***

                
1)  If you have any additional questions about any of our products or need more information,
    please call and inquire before placing your order as all sales are final
   
          Determining basket sizes may be difficult for those new to the industry 
          & it can be difficult to determine the size of products just from a computer screen
         so we provide the dimensions of our baskets along with the description and picture. 

                                                                        HELPFUL HINT
         Keeping a measuring tape or ruler nearby when ordering will allow you
         to take the dimensions provided & determine if that size will work for you before
         you order the product.   This completely takes the guess work out of sizing. 
         (note:  slight variations should be expected since baskets are a hand made products.
         All sizes shown are outside dimensions.
  
2)    Orders are shipped via Standard Ground UPS or FedEx Ground (See chocolate exception
       below) Shipping charges are determined by UPS & FedEx (not QCU) Shipping charges
       will be added to your order. ** Due to current rise in shipping expenses due to fuel cost, we are
       forced to add a $2.50 fuel surcharge to each order.

3)   When your order arrives you will find your itemized invoice in a clear invoice jacket on
      the top of your lead package.  Keep this for your records.

4)  ** Carefully inspect your products.  Any damages or shortage must be reported to
     QCU within 48 hours of arrival. (NO EXCEPTIONS)  If your order sustains damage in
     transit, you will need to keep the original packaging to be inspected by UPS for claim.

5)   Back Orders under $20.00 will be cancelled. 
     If you still want the products noted as backordered on your invoice contact 
     QCU with your company name, the date on the invoice and the invoice number
     and we will gladly re-submit your order.

6)   PLEASE NOTE:   Back orders are NOT exempt of shipping charges..  

7)  Orders placed with QCU are shipped FOB from the QCU warehouses located in Ft. Myers, FL.
     A small amount of our products are shipped from our California warehouse. 
     (your orders are NOT outsourced for fulfillment!)  Exceptions10 LB boxes
     of shred or extra large quantities of baskets. (we may have dropped-shipped to you direct from
     our manufacturer to save you shipping!)


8)  QCU ships chocolates year-round!   
     PLEASE NOTE: During warmer weather chocolates are cold packed!
     (Reusable Polar Packs $1.50/Mini Packs .75 cents) to ensure they arrive to you in perfect   
     condition. (Polar Packs can be returned for credit or they may be re-used when you are
     shipping your gift baskets to your customers.)  Shipping method is determined by distance,
     time in transit & the weather conditions between our warehouses and product destination.  
     In warmer weather, Chocolates are shipped 2-Day Express
     Chocolates will NOT be left at the door.  NOTE: (ONLY your chocolates are sent this way... 
     The rest your order will be shipped regular ground delivery) 
   

9)  Existing customers:  If your business moves, it is the responsibility of the customer to
     call us so can update your records. . Not responsible for orders sent to incorrect address
     if you have not called to update your information.   Packages returned due to wrong
     address information will be subject to up to $12.00 per carton wrong address charge
     imposed by UPS.  

10)  Credit Card Decline: Please, be sure your card is good before placing your order.

12)  We do not have a "return department."  Unauthorized returns will be refused.
       Returns are only accepted if an Accurate Return Authorization Number is
       on the package.  Please be advised all returns will be subject to a 20% restock fee and
       return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  The original shipping charge will not be
       refunded as this is what was charged by the carrier to get your order to you, shipping charges
       are not refundable.

13)   Prices are subject to change without notice.  Not responsible for typographical errors.
        We reserve the right to substitute product of equal or greater quality.

14)   A note about "Quick Kits."   Quick kits are popular items assembled in a theme kit for quick
        design by you.  Only occasionally due to the popularity of our kits we may be short an
        an item in a kit.  To prevent shortage, we reserve the right to substitute like items of
        equal or greater value to complete the Quick Kits. 

15)  Cancelled Orders - Please be advised there is a 20% or $20.00 (whichever is greater) restock
       fee on orders cancelled after being placed yet stopped before being shipped. 
       Orders already shipped can not be cancelled.
       Any costs associated with the collection of payment (collection agency,
       attorneys fees, etc.) will be at the customer's expense.  Please note:  We have a very fast turn
       around on orders, most of our orders ship SAME DAY!   

16)     Remember we are wholesale to the industry only.  It is the responsibility of the retailer to
          fax a copy of your STATE RESALE CERTIFICATE to us at:  (239) 332-2093
          the SAME DAY OF or BEFORE placing your first order for our records. (Please call
          and confirm that we have indeed received your fax)  Failure to provide this documentation
          may delay your order from being shipped. 

         
        
 Florida Customers:  You must provide a faxed copy of the current year Resale Certificated
        or we will (as required by Florida State Law) add Sales Tax to your orders until you have
        provided this required information. (this tax goes to the State and is non-refundable)
        *This must be updated annually per state regulation.  (If you have questions concerning
        State Resale Certificates please contact your local tax office for information and to register your business) 


17)    We do not issue refunds.  If a credit is due, the amount will be noted as a "credit"
          in the customer's file, and this amount will be credited against your next invoice.
     
18)     Please be advised:   Orders going to Hawaii, Puerto Rico & the Virgin Islands &
          Bermuda can only be shipped 2 Day Express or Next Day Delivery -we will ship
          according to UPS requirements - (there is no "Ground UPS" deliveries to these locations).
          Sorry, excepting for Canada, no international orders accepted.
 

19)    Free Shipping Specials:   QCU occasionally will run a Free Shipping Special.  You will only
         be notified of these if your have signed up to receive our email notifications.  During our Free
         Shipping Specials you will receive Free Shipping on all products excepting for Glass, Chocolates
         and 10 LB or 40 LB boxes of shreds (Due to special handling requirements)  If you order Glass,
         Chocolates  or 10 LB or 40 LB boxes of shreds you will be charged shipping on those products only,
         the rest of your  order will be shipped free of charge.   If something is back ordered causing your
         order total to go under the $250 minimum, QCU will still honor the special. 


20)     IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE
          QCU is not responsible for tariff charges or
          taxes imposed by other countries (ie: Canada) when orders are imported from the US.  Canadian
          customers are responsible for any and all shipping charges and or additional taxes imposed
          by their country on incoming goods. Please inquire with customs concerning tariffs and or
          taxes BEFORE ordering when importing products from the USA. 

21)     Sorry, special sales and discounts can not be combined.  You will be extended the largest of the discount
          being offered *free shipping (where applicable) or % off order of the sale promotion, but not both.

22)     By placing your order you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to
          comply with the Terms of Service as stated herein.
